0705214672 2015-07-17 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to follow up to complaint #5076 regarding possible oil in a water well. Joe Little Excavation was on location and exposed the 8.625 diameter surface casing. The 4.5 diameter casing is on a casing hanger and the packing was removed from the annulus. The well did not have any pressure on it, nor was it flowing any fluid. The 4.5 diameter casing had 45psi of pressure on it. The casing hanger and wellhead are in good mechanical conditional and the well does not appear to have any mechanical integrity issues at this time. There are no violations at this time.
1006756608 2012-06-11 Production Wells No Violations I received a phone call from Joyce Kennedy (330-488-6140) requesting an inspection of the well head and tank battery for general safety and signs of production. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 210 barrel stock tank and a concrete underground brine storage tank. There was no separator or chart present. Proper identification was posted at the well head and tank battery. Ms. Kennedy reported that she had seen no activity at this well for some time. I called John Miller of AIM Energy (330-904-7021) to ask about the status of the well. He reported that the down-hole pump needs to be replaced. They have a service rig scheduled to get in there as soon as possible. The first rig on location could not access the well due to a narrow passageway where the landowners garage is next to the lease road.
1436897857 2015-07-14 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to follow up to complaint #5076 regarding possible oil in a water well. The lease road is a shared driveway that is graveled. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 210 barrel stock tank and a concrete underground brine storage tank. There was no separator or chart present. Proper identification was posted at the well head and tank battery. The stuffing box on the pumpjack is leaking oil and the 8.625 diameter surface casing is buried. I have contacted AIM Energy and requested the stuffing box be fixed and the 8.625 diameter surface casing be exposed so that annular pressures can be monitored. I will follow up on this well when the surface casing has been exposed.
