2060632112 2010-10-26 Final Restoration No Violations I received a call from Teresa Brown (330-488-8017) regarding the status of this well. The well was drilled on 7-18-1967 by Vaught Oil Co. There are no records in the State of OHIO RBDMS showing that the well was plugged. John Seidel (330-488-0640), the property owner at 8510 Orchardview told Teresa Brown that there was no well at the location when he purchased the property in 1976. I drove to the former well site and met with Andy Moncman, the property owner at 8614 Orchardview, who has lived there for 16 years. He said that he never saw a well at that location. I inspected the former well site by locating it with GPS and by using the original well plat. There was no physical evidence of the well observed. The former well location is now in a cornfield. The Final Restoration is PASSED.
