0109184399 2004-09-14 Final Restoration No Violations Henderson Unit #1 was P&A in 1975. The adjacent property owner (Bill Crosbie) showed me the former location. Final Restoration is PASSED.
0504087798 2009-07-15 Final Restoration No Violations I received a complaint call on 7-14-2009 from Ron Braham (330-705-4874) regarding a possible leaking plugged well on his property at 6669 Oakfield St. NE, East Canton, OH 44730. The gas company hit a hot spot with there gas detector while locating gas lines near his property. I inspected the site on 7-15-2009 and located the former well using GPS coordinates from RBDMS. I flagged the former location. There was no odor in the vicinity and no evidence of a vegetation kill area. I told Mr. Braham to correlate my flagged location with the gas companys hot spot. He said that he will also try to locate the steel casing with a metal detector. He will contact me if he finds anything.
