0019273180 2017-10-13 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to continue with plugging operations at this Clinton Sandstone well. Plugs were set through 1.5 tubing (1.9OD) to cover the top of the Big Lime, across the Berea Sandstone/Ohio Shale Interval, and the Glacial Deposits. See plugging report for details on this job. No violations.
0620162090 2017-10-11 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to witness plugging operations on this Clinton Sandstone well. Nicks Well Plugging (NWP) was the cementing and plugging contractor and the well owner, Donald Geitgey, was on location to oversee operations. The remainder of the 3.5 tubing was recovered and NWP tripped 1.5 tubing into the hole to a depth of 4529 and rigged up to the tubing. They broke circulation and then mixed and pumped 18.9 barrels of cement slurry. The slurry was displaced to 3950 with 10 barrels of water. The tubing was pulled and Appalachian Well Surveys will be on location in the morning to log and shoot off the 5.5 casing. No violations.
1200720019 2017-10-10 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to witness plugging operations on this Clinton Sandstone well. Nicks Well Plugging (NWP) was the cementing and plugging contractor and the well owner, Donald Geitgey, was on location to oversee operations. The well contains 3.5 tubing and 5.5 production casing. After reviewing the well files of Mr. Geitgey, it was determined that the tubing was set in the wellbore and casing with two (2) packers and their depth was unknown. Appalachian Well Surveys was called to location to log the tubing. The packers were found at depths of 4530 and 4446 and the tubing was shot off at a depth of 4307. Half the tubing was pulled and operations were discontinued for the day. No violations.
1772781651 2017-10-16 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to check the condition of the site following the completion of plugging operations on 10/13/17. The location has been rough graded. Nicks Well Plugging arrived on location to mobilize the remainder of their equipment to a new location. The old wellhead assembly and equipment remain next to the tree just north of the former wellhead and will be removed by Mr. Geitgey. Final Restoration is due in three (3) months. No violations.
1880147673 2017-10-12 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to continue with plugging operations at this Clinton Sandstone well. Appalachian Well Surveys (AWS) tagged the bottom plug at a depth of 3851. They ran back in and shot the 5.5 production casing off at a depth of 3000. Nicks Well Plugging recovered 90 joints of 15lb/ft., Range-2 casing and plugging operations will continue tomorrow. See plugging report for more details on this job. No violations.
