1510260849 2017-11-09 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations I conducted a status check inspection on this well after receiving an email from Theresa Egresi (Geologist - ODNR Oil & Gas) requesting assistance is determining the status of this well. I went to the location of this well using the coordinates in the wells location record. I could not find any visual evidence of this well. I reviewed the wells record and it shows it has being plugged on 08-15-1940 with the well named as the Kamp & Bishop #1. The production records for 34-151-20732-0000 are being recorded in this wells production record. I sent an e-mail to Theresa Egresi informing her what I found.
