0027163103 | 2007-09-04 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Wildcat is moving on the location. The drilling pits are being dug in sand and gravel. No violations at this time. |

1190209477 | 2007-09-05 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Wildcat Drilling encountered 120 of sand and gravel while drilling the surface hole for this well. There were no cement returns on the surface job. After completing the surface job, Gonzoil had Horning Supply deliver 10 cubic yards of 9 sack grout which was used to top off the surface hole. Approximately 9.5 yards successfully filled the void. |
1190655173 | 2007-09-06 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Wildcat is drilling ahead after setting and grouting the surface casing on 9/05/07. The pits are fenced, lined and in good condition. No violations at this time. |
1343023100 | 2007-09-12 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Chemtech was on site to solidify the drilling pits. Two loads (44 tons) did not react with the drill pit material as expected and the pits were left open over night to allow additional reaction time. On 9/13, an additional 22 tons of material was placed in the blow pit to complete solidification. |
1424723600 | 2008-01-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well is in production and the site has been rough graded. Preliminary restoration is due in the spring. No violations at this time. |
1555606253 | 2009-07-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection found no violations at this time. |
1713926376 | 2018-07-17 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead fenced, locked, and screened. The wellhead is equipped with 1.5 tubing and operating with the aid of a plunger lift system. Gauges indicate 410psi on the 4.5 production casing and 400psi on the tubing. This well produces to a diked, fenced, and locked tank battery to the south and is shared with the Lake Rockwell #11D (PN#24388). The battery is screened and contains dedicated equipment for each well. The surface equipment consists of two (2) 140 barrel tanks, two (2) 35 barrel poly tanks, and two (2) horizontal separators. The tanks are equipped with low pressure relief valves and 42 gallon, charcoal filters. The chart at the separator indicates a differential production pressure of 60psi. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. No violations. |
1936020087 | 2008-05-09 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | The site needs to be finish graded and seeded before preliminary restoration is approved. |
