0235269363 2017-08-25 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Rose Run Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The unit is disconnected and the horse head is lying on the ground in front of the unit. The tubing head is currently fitted with a 2 ball valve and is closed. The tubing and 4.5 production casing flow line valves are open. There are two (2) stacks of pumping rods on the ground between the wellhead and tank battery, and many of the rods appear to have been chop-sawed when that were pulled from the hole. The tank battery is diked and contains two (2) 210 barrel tanks, a horizontal separator, and the associated meter run. The chart in the meter box indicates that the well is producing at a differential pressure of 80psi. There is a domestic tap on the separator equipped with a drip bottle, regulator, and a catalytic heater that is in service. The northern tank in the battery has a 0.75 hole on the east side located six feet above ground level. The tank is currently empty and not in use. ID is posted at the wellhead and tank battery. I will speak with Mark Smith (PEP) about removing the rods and tank, and the general state of the well. No violations.
