0000877740 2001-08-14 Production Wells No Violations Inspected at the request of Region Supervisor Rick Simmers to determine if the company was in violation of their consent agreement. They are. There is well head dike oil contamination from a recent stuffing box leak.
0011435330 2004-02-26 Production Wells Violations Noted Status check inspection found the bottom drain on one of the 210 bbl tanks was leaking brine at a rate of one drip every second. I called Mark Smith and requested that he either replace the bad valve or add a second valve to the leaking one. He said that he would be on site later this day to repair or replace.
001216i189 2002-01-25 Production Wells Violations Noted Wellhead contamination removed. Recommend case be resolved.
002154i194 2002-05-29 Production Wells Violations Noted Fresh crude around wellhead, around line heater, and tank #6525 was leaking. N.O.V. was issued. Site needs cleaned up and repair stock tank.
0026637565 2004-03-15 Production Wells Violations Noted The drain valve on the number 3 tank is still leaking brine at the rate of one drip every two seconds. PEP will either tighten the drain plug or replace the drain valve.

1213657908 2004-03-11 Production Wells Violations Noted The bottom valve leaking brine has not been corrected. A second valve was added but is also leaking. I contacted Mark Smith and left a voicemail message that the leak needs to be stopped as soon as possible.

1330586664 2017-08-24 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Rose Run Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The well produces to a diked tank battery that contains four (4) 210 barrel tanks, a vertical separator, and the associated meter run. The meter chart indicates a differential production pressure of 120psi and a gauge at the separator indicate a well production pressure of 230psi. There is a line heater between the tank battery and the wellhead and the temperature gauge on the heater indicates that it is operating at 82 degrees. ID is posted at the wellhead and tank battery. I found no violations at this time.
