Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0000677739 2001-08-14 Production Wells No Violations At the request of Region Supervisor Rick Simmers an inspection was conducted to ensure that the company was not in violation of any rules per their consent agreement. Found well head dike contamination.
001216i190 2002-01-25 Production Wells Violations Noted Wellhead contamination removed. Recommend case be resolved.
1028804893 2017-08-24 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Rose Run Sandstone well. The well is equipped with an electric powered pumping unit and there is a domestic tap on the 4.5 production casing port that is in service. The tank battery is located immediately west of the wellhead and the tanks have been removed. The battery is diked and contains one (1) horizontal separator and the tank ladder is lying on the ground. The chart indicates that the well continues to sell natural gas at a differential pressure of 120psi. I spoke with Mark Smith (PEP) and he said they are slowly replacing tanks in the field that need repaired or replaced. He said the new tanks should be at this location in several weeks. ID is posted at the wellhead and tank battery. I found no violations at this time.
