My inspection found the wellhead fenced and equipped and operating with the aid of a 1.5 plunger lift system, Logic Controls, and a motor valve. A gauge on the 4.5 production casing indicates a pressure 220psi. The 8.625 surface casing port is open and there is a domestic tap on the 4.5 casing port. This well produces to a tank battery 0.3 miles due north and is shared by the Armentrout #3 (PN#23067). This well produces through a dedicated, vertical separator and into one (1) 100 barrel tank. Both wells share a 50 and 35 barrel poly tanks. The tank battery is diked, fenced, and locked and the required IDs are posted at the battery. No violations.
1853302906 2010-07-27 Production Wells No Violations The well was drilled in 1988. Records indicate that the well has been in production ever since. There is a chart on the meter and the well is in production now. The well shares a tank battery with the Andes #1 well (PN #3067). The tank battery consists of two 210 bbl stock tanks, two separators and two poly tanks. The required identification is posted at the tank battery but needs to be added to the wellhead due to the distance separating the two.
