The pipeline marker did not provide the correct emergency
0745593912 2017-08-28 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the lease road gate locked. The well is equipped with a 1.5 plunger lift system. Gauges indicate 350psi on the production tubing and 385psi on the 4.5 production casing. The well produces to a diked and fenced tank battery containing one (1) 210 barrel tank, a concrete brine vault, and a horizontal separator. ID is posted at the tank and the wellhead. No violations.
1596111851 2003-07-15 Production Wells Violations Noted Received a call from Chief Charles Palmer with the Rootstown Fire Department concerning a natural gas leak near the Valley Hills Mobil Home Park on the south side of Sandy Lake Road, east of SR 5. The pipeline marker did not provide the correct emergency telephone number. On this day, Chief Palmer and I found a small oil stained area on the eastern edge of the mobil home park, 120 feet south of Sandy Lake Road. A second disturbed area on the same pipeline north of this leak indicated that the pipeline was recently repaired in another section. I contacted Don Kreager with CGAS and notified him of the release and the general condition of this salesline. He indicated that CGAS was evaluating the economics of replacing the line or abandoning the wells.
1909534931 2003-07-24 Production Wells No Violations The gas leak has been repaired. The area still needs to be seeded and mulched. Also discussed replacing the line with CGAS since this is the second recent release.
