Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1083759814 2018-02-01 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 2.375 tubing and rods and operating with the aid of an electric powered pumping unit. A gauge on the tubing indicates a pressure of 60psi. This well produces to a diked tank battery on location and is shared with the South Slagle Unit #1 (PN#22761). The battery contains three (3) 100 barrel tanks, a concrete brine vault, and a vertical separator with the associated meter run. There is a domestic tap and meter on the separator sales line and the required ID is posted at the tank battery and at the wellhead. No violations.
