2000738457 2018-05-01 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the lease road inaccessible. The wellhead is equipped with 1.5 tubing and operating with the aid of a plunger lift system. A Murphy gauge indicates a pressure of 80psi on the tubing flow line. The hammer union on the lubricator and threaded flow-tee connection above the gate valve have leaked oil and it has dripped onto the tubing head. There is no oil on the ground and I witnessed no active leak at the time of my inspection. This well produces to a diked tank battery 0.5 miles to the east and is shared by the Farmette #s 1 & 2 (PN#s 2442 & 2443) owned by Enervest. The battery contains three (3) 210 barrel tanks, three (3) horizontal separators, and two (2) concrete brine vaults. The battery is fenced but the man doors are splayed and there is an opening at the southwest corner of the battery. This well was drilled prior to HB278, the location is remote, and the access road to the tank battery is secured by a locked gate. Urban requirements will not be enforced at this time. The required ID is posted at the tank battery and needs to be posted at the wellhead that is accessed at a different location. I spoke with Corey McCudden (Northwood) and told him that an ID placard needs to be posted at this wellhead due to its remote location and because there is more than one well producing on this lease. He said he would inform his field supervisor to post the ID.
