The Uniontown office received a call from Therese Bozak at 6967 Beery Road complaining about Petrox trespassing on her property to work on a pipeline. She admitted that Petrox has an easment along the south side of her property but that they crossed her property without permission and where they did not have an easment and consequently caused damage. The damage consisted of small trees pushed over and left, minihoe tracks through woods and across the lawn and over their septic system. She was also concerned about oil buried in the excavation reported by a neighbor. She filed a trespassing complaint with the Portage County Sheriffs office.

I talked to Mark Depew and advised him of the issues. He said that they were on site to incert plastic in their salesline. He also said that he would visit the site and contact Mrs. Bozak within the next few days regarding access and damage claims.

There was no indication of oil in the pipeline excavation nor were there any violations of 1501 or 1509. I will follow up with Mrs. Bozak but no violation will be issued.

1243983858 2018-12-18 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 2.375 rods and tubing and operating with an electric powered pumping unit. A Murphy Switch gauge indicates 150psi on the tubing. There is a domestic tap on the 4.5 production casing head bowl equipped with two (2) regulators, a domestic meter, and drip. This well produces to a diked tank battery near the lease road entrance and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank, one (1) 50 barrel tank, and a horizontal separator with an associated meter run. The meter chart indicates a differential production pressure of 90psi. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. No violations.

I met with Mrs. Bozak and reviewed the affected area and discussed her concerns. She is satisfied with the response and the complaint is closed.
