1187095964 2017-10-26 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My in inspection found the well equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. A Murphy gauge at the wellhead indicates 140psi on the production tubing and the required ID is posted on the unit. There is a domestic tap and meter plumbed to the 4.5 casing and is charged at 20psi. The well produces to a diked tank battery to the west and is shared with the Thompson #2 (PN#22098). The battery contains one (1) 210 barrel tank, one (1) 50 barrel tank, and two (2) horizontal separators. Both wells are producing through one (1) separator and the other is no longer in use. The top third of the 210 barrel tank has blistered paint on the west side and it is apparent from staining that there are pin holes in this area. An inspection of the staining found that it was completely dry, indicating that the stains were not recent. There is currently no oil on the ground and nothing is actively leaking. I will speak to Petrox about replacing the tank. No violations.
