1941032732 2017-11-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 4.5 production casing and 2.375 tubing and rods. The well operates with the aid of a natural gas powered pumping unit. The wellhead and unit are fenced and diked and the man door is locked. The required ID is posted on the fencing. The well produces to a diked and fenced tank battery to the west and is shared with the Smythe #s 2, 3, & 4 (PN #s 1678, 1679, & 1677). The tank battery is locked and contains one (1) 100 barrel tank, a concrete brine vault, and two (2) vertical separators with an associated meter run. The required identification is posted on the tank. No violations.
1972677976 2015-10-08 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with an electric powered pumpjack. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank, a buried, concrete, brine tank and two, vertical separators. There are locked, chain link fences around the tank battery and well. Dikes surround the tank battery and pumpjack. There is a plunge on the load line. An identification sign is posted. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
