1106059938 2005-01-05 Production Wells No Violations Mike Loper with GE reported a flowline leak approximately 150 feet east of the wellhead. He reported that the product loss was mininmal and that D&M Contracting was enroute to repair the leak and remove and dispose of any impacted soil. The release did not reach any surface waters. When I arrived, the spill had been remediated and sorbent pads had been placed on standing water over the excavated area. Two sorbent booms were also placed in downgradient drainage ditches to collect any residual.
1444097877 2018-12-18 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 2.375 rods and tubing and operating with a natural gas powered pumping unit. Gauges indicate 70psi on the tubing and 100psi on the 4.5 production casing. The wellhead and unit are fenced and there is a domestic tap on the casing port charged at 21psi. This well produces to a diked and fenced tank battery to the north and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank and one (1) 50 barrel tank. The horizontal separator and meter run are located in a separate diked area to the west of the battery. The chart indicates a differential production pressure of 70psi. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. No violations.
