1080453797 | 2017-01-05 | Final Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a final restoration inspection for this Clinton Sandstone well. This well was plugged and abandoned September 25, 1987 and a final restoration inspection has never been completed. I reviewed aerial photos for the location of the tank battery, the lease road, and the wellhead for field verification purposes. I inspected the area of the wellhead today and found no evidence that the well was still in existence. I inspected the location of the former tank battery and found no tanks, pipes, or production equipment. There was no evidence of a dike and the area has small trees and brush growing where the battery was located. The lease road is grass covered and appears to still be used for access, based on the presence of tire tracks in the grass, and the ingress/egress apron at State Route 183 remains. Final Restoration is approved. |
