1188495390 | 2018-04-27 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead consists of 4.5 production casing equipped with 1.5 tubing and a plunger lift system. Gauges indicate pressures of 330psi on the tubing and 460psi on the casing. The well produces through a horizontal separator and to a diked tank battery 1700 to the south and is shared with the Schlarb #1 (PN#20482). The battery contains one (1) 100 barrel tank and one (1) 50 barrel tank. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. I found no violations at this time. |
1192729023 | 2018-10-03 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well to determine if the annulus between the 4.5 production casing and 8.626 surface accessible or plumbed to surface prior to the Orphan Well Contractor moving in to remediate the I&O Hodgeman #1 (PN#20441). My inspection found the wellhead consisting of 4.5 casing, 1.5 tubing, and a plunger lift system. The production casing port was equipped with a gauge and indicated a pressure of 550psi. The well tender, Jeff, arrived on location during my inspection. I explained to him what needed to be done, and I contacted Field Supervisor Joe Teppert to request that the surface casing be exposed and gauged to determine if the annulus is over-pressurized. Joe said he would get Scott Miller Contracting (SMC) to location to expose the casing. Jeff dug around the wellhead and exposed the 8.625 ring and slips that were attached to a flange on the bottom section of the wellhead. There was a port on the west side of the lower wellhead and it was fitted with a bull plug. They will need to have SMC expose more of the wellhead. There are currently no violations. |
