1510150316 2017-11-08 Production Wells No Violations I received a call from Joe Teppert on 11/6/17 that the sales line at this location had leaked several gallons of oil at the tie-in. He said Scott Miller Contracting was on their way to location to scrape up the affected material. Joe said this line leaked in the same location in 2015 and was clamped. He told me that was going to shut the well off until the line is replaced. My inspection today found an area measuring 75 X 5 has been scraped down several inches and the material has been removed. The water on the ground is free of oil and there are pads around the tie in point with minor oil staining. The wellhead is equipped with an electric powered pumping unit and is currently shut off. The well produces through a vertical separator and to four (4) 100 barrel tanks. There is a concrete brine vault between the separator and tanks that is no longer in use and is full. I ran a high range Quantab on the vault water and found that chlorides were below the detection limit indicating that the water was not brine. I will ask Joe to empty the vault and place covers over the openings. The battery is diked and is shared by the City of Alliance #s 9 & 10 (PN#s 23820 & 23821). The required ID is posted at the wellhead and tank battery. I will monitor the location for any residual oil seepage.

1919997091 2015-03-18 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well while responding to a release at the Fouser #2 (PN# 23396). The wellhead is equipped with an electric pumping unit and produces to 4-100 barrel tanks through a vertical separator. ID is posted at the wellhead and tank battery. The tank battery is diked and contains a brine vault. The containment area is also used by Viking Resources (Atlas) to produce the City of Alliance wells #9 and #10 (PN#s 23820 & 23821). These wells produce to 1-210 barrel tank and a 50 barrel poly tank through a horizontal separator. The proper ID is posted on the tank. I talked to Joe Teppirt (Enervest) about tanks # 2 & #3, and asked him not to use them because of pinholes on the north side of each tank. I also requested that they steam clean the bottom of the separator and the base to clean the oil off the ground and equipment while Scott Miller had his equipment on location. I returned later and the separator area was cleaned up properly. No violations.
