0991025693 2018-02-14 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the well equipped with 1.5 tubing and a plunger lift system. The valves on tubing and 4.5 production casing flow lines are closed and the well is currently shut-in. There is a domestic tap and meter plumbed to the 4.5 casing port that is currently supplying house gas at a pressure of 14psi. There is a clamp installed on the production casing between the 4.5 flow tee and surface casing head. The tank battery is located just north of the wellhead, is diked, and contains two (2) 100 barrel tanks and a vertical separator. The motor valve and the base of the separator are covered in oil emulsion and there are pads under the snow that have soaked up the oil. I called Joe Teppert (Enervest) and left a message concerning the oil and pads. There is a one (1) inch plastic line plumbed to the top of the 100 barrel tank and runs southeast through the woods. I followed the line and found it connected to a buried drip bottle on the Enervest pipeline near the metering station (MOA) for this well and the Bailey-Davis master meter. Joe returned my call the following morning (2/15/18) and said he had some people on the way to take care of the oil and pads in the containment area. I will follow-up on Friday (2/16/18) to make sure the issue is resolved.
