1541513354 2018-11-06 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations I inspected this well location to investigate the disputed ownership of this well by Enervest Operating, LLC. Division records indicate that this well was owned by The Stardust Oil Company and that the well was plugged and abandoned by Canton Well Service on April 26, 1973. The plugging and abandonment of this well was detailed in a report on Form 567-5M by Inspector John Douglas and is signed and dated by the inspector. My inspection today found a wellhead and production equipment on this location that is owned by Northwood Energy and is ancillary to the Whittaker #1 (Flowline), Permit # 34-133-2-1296-00-00. I searched for this wellhead (#20182) and found that the area of the wellhead is a cornfield. I walked to the GPS location of the well and searched a 50 radius through the corn rows and found no evidence that this well still exists. I found no production or ancillary equipment related to this well. It is determined that this well was, in fact, plugged and abandoned in 1973. Please refer to the attached report and documentation that supports this determination.
