0842695984 2018-08-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations During my inspection H&P Drilling Rig 611 was on location. The rig just preformed the formation integrity test and was preparing to drill the 8.5-inch diameter wellbore. The rig cemented the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing prior to my arrival and the job results were discussed. Cement returns were reportedly established during that job.

1957517278 2018-08-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to witness the cementing of the surface casing. H&P Drilling Rig 611 had drilled a 17.5-inch diameter borehole to 1606 feet and ran 13.375-inch diameter surface casing to 1603 feet. There was 25 feet to the kelly bushing and 5.1 feet of stick up. During my inspection Schlumberger Cementing rigged up on location. Schlumberger pumped 30 barrels of gel spacer, 10 barrels of freshwater, and 300 barrels of cement. The cement consisted of 1418 sacks of Class A cement at 15.6 pounds per gallon at 1.19 cubic foot per sack. The cement was displaced with 237 barrels of fresh water. The plug was landed at 647 pounds per square inch and the pump truck pressured up to 1157 pounds per square inch and held that for 5 minutes. 1 barrel was bled back to the pump truck. Cement returns were witnessed in cellar and the half round.
1991129883 2018-07-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to witness cement operations on the conductor casing. Lightning Trucking was on location with 1 auger rig, 2 bulk cement trucks, and one pump truck. The borehole was 26 inches in diameter and was drilled to 140 feet in depth. Water was encountered during the drilling process. A 20-inch diameter conductor was set on bottom of the borehole at 140 feet. Lightning Trucking plumbed up to a 2-inch diameter threaded nipple that was welded on the top plate of the conductor and pumped 323 sacks of class A cement weighing 15.6 pounds per gallon and 48 barrels of fresh water for displacement. Returns were witnessed in the cellar.
