The vertical portion of the well has been drilled. Pressure monitoring was present at surface. CNX personnel were on location checking the producing wells and the temporary inactive wells on this pad during inspection.
0647218970 2014-08-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the conductor cementing operations. Express drilled 100 of 36 hole and then ran 100 of 30 weld casing. Express cemented the casing with 275 sacks of class A cement. I witnessed good returns to surface.
1016923270 2014-09-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the surface casing cementing operations. Keane Drilling rig 2144 drilled 576 of 26 hole. The rig then ran 514 of 20 casing. Allied Oil and Gas Services circulated 1000 sacks of class A cement with 2% CaCl into place. Nineteen barrels of cement were returned to surface.

RBDMS records show that the well is equipped with 100 feet of 30 inch conductor, 514 feet of 20 inch diameter surface casing, and 1638 feet of 13.375 inch intermediate casing. During my inspection the cellar was filled with pea gravel and identification was posted. The drilling permit for this well expired on 2/18/17. The well was located on a pad with 4 production wells. The production equipment for the production wells consisted of one 50 barrel tank, five 400 barrel tanks, four sand traps, four gas production units, and one combustor.
