1768611408 2018-01-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment including 2 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tanks, horizontal separator, drip and 2-inch diameter meter run with chart recorder and current chart all contained within an earthen dike. There was a second horizontal separator and 2-inch diameter meter run outside of the production area and contained within an earthen dike being utilized by 34121242430000. The well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, using a plunger lift system as means of production. Identification was present on both the production equipment and well equipment and production was reported for 2017.
