1317088488 2018-02-22 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Commercial production valves were in the closed position. A domestic gas line was attached to the 4.5 inch diameter production casing with an open valve, a gauge reading 30 pounds per square inch, and a Little Joe regulator. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one drip, one horizontal separator, and one sales meter. The sales meter had a 2 inch diameter sales line, .125 inch orifice plate, and chart recorder with blank undated chart. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current. The well was located within a construction zone. New electrical transmission lines are being installed nearby by American Electric Power.
