During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing, and a Jetstar fluid lift system. The production valve was closed. The production equipment consisted of a horizontal separator, chart meter, one 50 barrel steel tank, and one 100 barrel steel tank. The 100 barrel and 50 barrel tanks are shared with wells 3412123606, 3412123607, and 3412123109. Well identification is located on the wellhead and on the 100 barrel tank.
