0537442452 2013-02-20 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 4.5 casing, 1.5 tubing, rods, and a pump jack. All production valves are open. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl tank, a separator, and a meter with a current chart. The tank dike needs to closed on one end. There is a domestic gas meter in the tank battery.
0566451436 2008-07-03 Annular Disposal No Violations A.D. not hooked up, well is equipped with pumping unit and 1-100 bbl tank in need of proper dike construction.
1933688177 2013-04-02 Annular Disposal No Violations Annular disposal is not in use. The well is equipped with a pump jack.
2084569548 2018-02-14 Temporary Abandoned Annular Disposal No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a temporarily abandoned annular disposal well. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. A small tin housing surrounds the gasoline pull start motor on the pumping unit. This well was not disposing brine through the annular disposal method. There was not an annular disposal connection plumbed up to the annulus. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one drip, and one vertical separator. Two domestic gas lines were attached to the drip with Little Joe regulators and open valves. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The production records were current.
