Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2131947697 2016-04-07 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 8.625 surface casing, 4.5 production casing, and 2.375 tubing. The surface casing is open to atmosphere at a port on the 8.625 by 4.5 Barton casing head. The valve on the 4.5 by 2.375 tubing head is open and plumbed into a steel pipeline. The tubing is also plumbed into the steel pipeline with a two inch gate valve in the open position. The steel pipeline runs over the hill to 39.62891 by -81.31303 where it ties into a one inch orange plastic pipeline. The orange pipeline runs several hundred yards before tying into a 2 steel pipeline and goes in an undetermined direction. The well sets on Wayne National Forest property.
