0447164013 2012-04-26 Production Wells No Violations Inspection of the well head found production equipment removed from well with a reducing swage on 4.5 casing- down to 2 with a 1 plastic gas line running back to old tank battery site and hooked up to old sales line but not being metered ,with a house gas pressure reducing regulator present for possible domestic use ,no reported production on record for said well -no identification present ,production tank and separator have also been removed .
1108837598 2017-09-05 Final Restoration No Violations RBDMS records show Tiger Oil Incorporated drilled the well, lost drill pipe and had to plug and abandon the well in the year 1977. RBDMS records show the status of the well as Final Restoration and plugging report and a restoration report can also be found. During my inspection the 8.625 inch diameter surface casing was found open ended and full of fluid. The fluid within the casing was bubbling from gas escaping into the atmosphere. The plugs in the well have failed.

The fluid within the casing was bubbling from gas escaping into the atmosphere. RBDMS records show Tiger Oil Incorporated drilled the well, lost 4.5 inch diameter pipe and had to plug and abandon the well in the year 1977. RBDMS records show the status of the well as Final Restoration, a plugging report, and a restoration report can be found within RBDMS database. The Rossiter-Hughey Unit, well number B-2, and permit number 3412122025 owned by Northwood Energy is located roughly 20 feet beside the well.
