0265155560 2019-03-04 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank that was inside of containment. There was a horizontal separator, drip and 2-inch diameter meter run outside of containment. The chart recorder did not have a chart at the time of my inspection. The well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 1.5-inch diameter tubing utilizing a plunger lift system as means of production, the well appeared to be providing domestic gas off one side of the casing through a little Joe Regulator and domestic rotary style meter with the valves in the open position. The identification was located on the production equipment but was still on an Enervest Operating Identification card. At the time of my inspection all valves were closed accept for the domestic gas supply, and production was reported for 2017.
