0478693559 2018-08-27 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to follow up on complaint 5945. The complaint was made about a natural gas line that was located on the surface of a hay field. During my inspection I met with the landowner and the line was located and traced following alongside Horn Ridge Road within the hay field. The landowner would like to see the line buried. I will contact Northwood Energy to discuss.
0559053641 2019-02-26 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a follow up on complaint number 5945. On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, and horizontal separator all enclosed within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 4.5-inch diameter casing, and 2.875-inch diameter production string and 1.5-inch diameter tubing with tubing head that appeared to be open flowing. At the time of my inspection the casing and tubing valve was in the open position, but the flow line valve was closed. I attempted to contact John Waers to determine where the problem was located, I left a message and informed him to get in contact me. I was unable to determine where the line was leaking. Identification was present on the production equipment, and production was reported for 2017.
