0006876945 2002-08-22 Production Wells No Violations No gas leak was found.
0083648248 2012-02-27 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection the following equipment was found 10 surface casing 2.875 tubing with inline valve in place and open, at the production fluid storage area 1-100 barrel tank separator and gas meter, inspector will note well capable of selling gas but no chart present in meter.
1259613840 2017-11-28 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 2.875 inch diameter tubing. The production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one horizontal separator, and one chart meter with an old ink saturated chart. The production equipment was locate within an earthen dike that was surrounded by tall decorative grasses. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current.
1551203688 2019-02-26 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, horizontal separator, drip, and 2-inch diameter meter run with chart recorder and chart all contained within an earthen dike. There was a methanol additive reservoir on the sales line side of the meter run. The well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, and a 2.875-inch diameter production string and appeared to be open flowing. The 8.625-inch diameter surface casing was no longer open to atmosphere, the collars were both plugged one side was equipped with a nipple and 2-inch diameter valve that was closed with a 2-inch diameter bull plug. The other side of the surface casing had a 2-inch diameter bull plug installed in the collar. All the valves were open and there was identification on the production equipment and production was reported for 2017.
1826092812 2019-02-06 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, horizontal separator, drip, and 2-inch diameter meter run with chart recorder and chart all contained within an earthen dike. There was a methanol additive reservoir on the sales line side of the meter run. The well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, and a 2.875-inch diameter production string and appeared to be open flowing, the surface casing head did not have any plugs in it and was currently open to atmosphere. There was identification on the production equipment and production was reported for 2017. I contacted Dave Williams with Enervest Operating and informed him that they needed to get plugs in the surface casing.
