The compliance notice stated that the well was in violation of 1501:9-9-05(A)(10) Failure to legibly identify well and 1509.062(A) Nonproduction. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing, and a casing valve on the 4.5 inch diameter production casing that is in the closed position. The well was located within a small swamp and gas could be seen bubbling through the water from the well. Identification had been posted by the wellhead. The well is not in compliance with 1509.062(A) based on the fact that the well is idle. Gas production records for 2016 have been reported by Stonebridge Operating Company. |
