0146618759 2015-11-02 Final Restoration No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is plugged and abandoned, however the 7 surface casing is still present above the ground surface. The surface casing is sticking out of the ground approximately 6. A stick was pushed into the well bore and met hard refusal at 2 down, indicating the well is plugged to surface. According to RBDMS, the well was plugged and abandoned on 10/30/1975, which would have fallen under ODNR DOGRM restoration laws. Photos were taken to support the findings of this inspection.
