1004524699 2017-09-06 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 210 barrel tank, one drip, one vertical separator, and one sales meter with a 2 inch diameter sales line, a .375 inch orifice plate and a current chart. All equipment was within an earthen dike that was shared with production equipment belonging to 3412121577. The identification was located on the 210 barrel tank and the production records were current.
