Mr. Davis stated that he is scheduled to remove the tank and the pipelines Monday and Tuesday of next week in compliance with the current notice of violation.

No sign of the well can be found. No record of any plugging affidavit has been received by the Division. Remove the tank and other associated production equipment and file a plugging affidavit within 14 days.
