0438317044 2019-03-22 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 1.5-inch diameter tubing utilizing a plunger lift system as means of production. I was unable to locate any production equipment at the time of my inspection. At the time of my inspection all commercial production valves were closed and it appeared that the well was idle. There was no identification posted and production was reported as 0 from 1985- 1990 and no production has been reported since 1990. Photographs were taken to assist with the inspection and GPS coordinates were updated in RBDMS.

During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the closed position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one drip, one horizontal separator, and one sales meter. Identification was not located in a conspicuous place on or near the well head. Gas Corporation of America has failed to submit any records of production.
