0427142742 2016-12-28 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a preliminary restoration. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered with a natural gas motor. The tubing valve is open and the production valve is open. The production equipment consists of one 210 barrel tank, one 100 barrel tank, chart meter, and one vertical separator within an earthen dike. The identification is located on the 100 barrel tank, the production records are current, and there are no violations present. Site is graded with vegetation established. Location has met 1509.072 A requirements for preliminary restoration.
0436492636 2019-03-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 210-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, vertical separator, drip and 2-inch diameter meter run with chart recorder and current chart all enclosed within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 4.5-inch diameter surface casing, 2.375-inch diameter tubing and rods with a National pumping unit and natural gas motor. Identification was on the production equipment; all valves were open, and production was reported for 2017.
1341323889 2012-07-03 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Status check on PR found the pits filled ,vegetation established ,with the following equipment present at the well head , 4.5 production casing , 2.375 tubing & rods with the production valves open and the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit . A 210 barrel tank and 100 barrel tank along with a separator and gas meter with a current chart are present in an established dike with proper well identification.
