0263564751 2019-03-11 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 7-inch diameter surface casing, with a 7 inch to 4.5-inch diameter reducing swage with a 4.5-inch diameter gate valve that appeared to be closed, on top of the 4.5 inch diameter gate valve was a 4.5 inch to 2 inch diameter reducing swage that ran to a 2 inch diameter steel flowline. There was no production equipment that could be found, identification was not present on the well head and production has been reported as 0 since 2014. Photographs were taken to assist with the inspection, I will contact Green Gas Company and inform them that there needs to be legible identification.
2032679759 2012-02-10 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection of well found 8.625 casing only with a swage on top reducing down to 4.5 and a frack valve in place in the closed position, well incapable of production in current state, and no further equipment found related to said well.
