0229448739 2017-03-28 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.875 inch diameter intermediate casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered with an electric motor. All valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one drip, one separator, one chart meter, and one compressor. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank, the production records are current, and there were no violations present.
0514825190 2019-02-06 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter intermediate casing, and 2.875-inch diameter production string, with 1.5-inch diameter tubing with rods, and a Churchill pumping unit with an electric motor. The tubing was tied directly into the 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank with no separator. Production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, a 25-barrel steel condensation fluid storage tank, a 2-inch diameter meter run with chart recorder and current chart. Additional production equipment included a small natural gas compressing unit, a skid mounted natural gas cooling condenser, the condenser was equipped with 2 drips and a methanol injection unit. There were 4 additional drips and a domestic gas hookup with a rotary style domestic meter on location. All valves were open at the time of my inspection, identification was present, and production was reported for 2017.
