I found no evidence of an oil and gas well. I did find a gas well that was located 63 meters from the given point. After reviewing the Meigs Twp. map layer and records on RBDMS I determined the found well to be permit 8133. The GPS coordinates are identical for 8133 and 8134, and they both have the same well number of 73K. I also found a tank battery in the area for permit 8133. The records indicate that the drilling permit expired for this well. The status should be listed as ND (Not Drilled), as noted in a 2008 inspection report by inspector Todd Miller. |
