1557113043 2016-04-15 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a Civil Action Follow-up. During the time of my inspection the production equipment includes two 100 bbl. tanks and one vertical separator. The well is equipped with 8.625 inch surface casing, 4.5 inch production casing, 1.5 inch tubing and rods. A pump jack powered by an electric motor is attached to the well head. The pump jack is not running at this time. The valves on the well head are in the opened position indicating that the well is in production. I spoke with the land owner and he stated that he is getting house gas from this well. Identification is present on the electric panel located beside the pump jack.
