1553661883 2010-04-16 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Witnessed plug job from Berea to the surface. The well owner states that years ago, a logging tool had been lost in the well at a depth between 7500 to 7800. Since this time the well had been plugged back to the Berea. Further stating that he would leave casing above ground to include 8 swage with 4.5 collar installed along with an ID plate to serve as a marker. Note: Two active 2 steel lines are routed through the well location. One line is owned by another company and the second is owned by Artex Oil Co.
