0145060805 2017-01-12 Production Wells No Violations The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, a 4 1/2 inch diameter wellhead, 2 inch diameter steel and plastic production lines, and 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing. The valves on the wellhead were open at the time of inspection but a valve leading from the production line to the tanks and sales line was closed. This leads me to believe this well is still idle at the time of inspection. The motor on the pumping unit is one that uses gas from the well to fuel it but it is not hooked up at the time of inspection. There is proper identification at the pumping unit for this well. At the entrance of the well there are two (2) 100 barrel tanks but the area around the tanks is heavily overgrown. There has been no resolution to this well being idle at this time.

I talked to Bob Woodyard and his bookkeeper, Nancy Starling, and they are still planning on using the well for domestic use on his property. They are trying to line up a service company to work on the well.
0623861748 2015-12-30 Production Wells No Violations On my inspection today I found this well to be equipped with a pump jack and a 3 1/2 inch well head. The well head is equipped with 2 inch tubbing and 2 inch ball valves. The valves on the well head are currently open but the polishing rod looks to have not been used for some time. There is vegetation growing through the motor and on the polishing rod. The tank battery is equipped with 2 100 bll tanks and both tanks have the production line valves closed off. The separator also has all of its valves closed off. This leads me to believe that the well is currently not in production and still in violation. No issues have been resolved.

1027376523 2014-02-28 Administrative Inspection No Violations I talked with Bob Woodyard and he needs to get the head off of the pumpjack and into a repair shop. He plans on getting well back into production. He stated he received a letter from Gatherco stating they have shut all of the lines in this area for service and he isnt sure when they will be back into production.
1476466622 2016-10-13 Production Wells No Violations The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, a 4 1/2 inch diameter wellhead, 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing, and 2 inch diameter steel production lines. Upon closer inspection of the well I found the valves on the wellhead to be open at the time of inspection. There was proper ID posted on the pumping unit. The tank battery is on the way down from the well but, is very overgrown with brush. The battery is equipped with two 210 barrel tanks. There are no issues to report at this time.
2128318421 2013-10-02 Production Wells Violations Noted This is an idle well. The production line is rusted though at the well head. The well is equipped with a pumpjack which is overgrown with vegetation. Operator must make well capable of production within 60 days; or plugging is required in 60 days. 10/7/2013: I talked with Bob Woodyard and the well is on his property. He is going to try and get someone over there to repair the motor and clean the area. He needs to remove the pumpjack head and get it to a shop as well. He plans on getting well back into production by the compliance date.
