He has dismantled some of the old equipment in the dike but cannot work any more until he gets AEP to disconnect the power. He will get the wells back in production as soon as possible.
1016993645 2013-07-01 Production Wells Violations Noted The well is sitting with valves open but landowner, who used to pump the wells for D-J Oil, stated the well is not currently in commercial production. He stated it was producing very little gas straight from wellhead to house across the road. There isnt enough gas to heat the stove and current home owners are using baseboards to heat home. There is one 210 bbl brine tank and two 100 bbl tanks in the dike with a separator. The nipple on the brine tank is rusted and appears to be leaking small amounts of brine. There is no identification on tanks or wellheads and production has not been reported to the state for 2011 and 2012. Operator must post proper id. Operator must make well capable of production within 60 days; or plugging is required in 60 days. I talked with Jerry of D-J Oil and he said he stopped producing the wells because it was too expensive to haul the water. He stated he would start working on the issues.

2082607130 2014-05-12 Production Wells No Violations Compliance Action Follow-up -1016993645: The wells are both shut in and I talked Jerry Welch of D-J Oil and he stated that he sold the wells to Dave Bonar of Poorboy Exploration. I then talked to Dave and confirmed this sale and stated the transfer paperwork was sent out today to the state. Blue Racer is currently working on a pipeline adjacent to these wells and have to cut the gas line and the electric lines so there will be no way at this time to get wells back into production. Dave stated once they are finished he will begin work.
