Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1438270034 2014-01-24 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations Well was not found at RBDMS coordinates. The tank is shared with 22040 Dodrill #1. I will contact Columbus and well tender for correct coordinates.
1884389167 2017-02-28 Production Wells No Violations The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, a 4 1/2 inch diameter wellhead, and 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing. The valves are currently open at the time of inspection on the wellhead. The tank battery for this well is equipped with two (2) 100 barrel steel tanks and a vertical separator. I ran into Luke Mallet at the tank battery and spoke with him about the wells in this area. This tank battery previously had a spill on it that is still being cleaned up. He had thrown down more lime to try to neutralize the chlorides still left in the soil. Luke informed me he had seeded the area and had some of it growing but the deer had come along and eaten the freshly grown grass. There are no issues to report at this time and the well is in production at the time of inspection.
