2043884075 2012-12-11 Production Wells No Violations Historic Production well (HP) inspection. There was wellhead equipped with a 2 tubing sticking about 3 above ground. The wellhead valve was open and there were old rods on the ground. Well is equipped with ~1 orange plastic tubing which runs into the ground. Well has no posted ownership or ID. I will head to County Courthouse to begin title work to determine property owner to find out if well is producing house gas. If well is not producing house gas, I will then contact Cindy Van Dyke to get well into Idle and Orphan well program.
