The property owner Bill Flesher approached me as I was leaving this well asking what I was doing. I explained to him I was just doing some inspections on the wells to heck on them. He then went on to inform me that he had taken Normaco to court on these wells and when it was all settled he took ownership of these wells. He informed me if I would like to check there should be documents in the court house to check. He expressed interest in taking over the wells to use as domestic gas on building he plans to use. Looking in previous inspection it was found Inspector Cynthia VanDyke also spoke with Bill Flesher about these wells and she was possibly putting them into the Idle & Orphan program. I called Inspector VanDyke and left her a message to see what she could tell me about these wells. I also spoke with Inspector Jake Glasscock about these wells and told me the same thing about Inspector VanDyke putting them into the Idle & Orphan program. I will be going to the courthouse to find paperwork on Bill Flesher saying that he should own this well now and take appropriate action when I know more. |
