Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-214501765 2016-12-30 0:00 PW No Violations 1.00
0214501765 2016-12-30 Production Wells No Violations The inspection today revealed that this well is equipped with a 4 1/2 inch diameter wellhead and 2 inch diameter steel and plastic production lines. The valves were open at the time of inspection. There are no associated tanks with this well. The landowner Ronald Horn has built a small shed out of sheet metal around the wellhead and the small separator and has posted a small sign that says Gas Line near the wells. I stopped at the house across from the entrance to this well thinking it was the home where Ronald lived. The landowner of that house came out and informed that the well was not hers and that she believe it was Ronalds well and that he lived at the blue farm house down the road from her. I stopped by and spoke with Ronald who informed me that he did indeed build the little shed around it to keep it from freezing in the winter. Roald informed me that he uses the gas on the well to heat his home only but in the past he was able to heat his house and the barn right next to his house. I gave him one of my cards and told him if he ever had any issues or questions please call me. There are no issues to report at this time and this well is used for domestic use only.
